HFF Spitfire Banking Seafair Friday 2011 Away

A few nice Calendars & Organizers images I found:

This is one of three submissions to the Historic Flight Foundation’s 2012 Calendar that I made (the submission period has now expired). This picture is in Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 "retro" mode designed to take photographs back to a simpler time in technology and weaker color protection. Figuring that this great warbird deserved such treatment while I had the rare opportunity, I changed FZ40 modes to make something happen.

Besides, I love Spitfires. In the flight simulator it is very hard to stall one versus say the P-51 or the P-47. The round curves make aerodynamics and fighting stalls quite easy, plus the sounds are just incredible.

Full size if you wish. Enjoy!

This is one of three submissions to the Historic Flight Foundation’s 2012 Calendar that I made – released now that the submission time has expired. Without a doubt, my favourite picture of my submissions. Can one just imagine being in World War II, on the ground and all the sudden this is coming at you, machine guns & cannons about to break the red covering and shoot?

Probably not.

That said, large size if you’d like. Enjoy!

“Play, Create, Share” with Sackboy

LittleBigPlanet‘s critically acclaimed “Play, Create, Share” experience, makes its way to the PlayStation Portable (PSP) system, with a completely new Sackboy adventure. Play through 35+ levels and collect prize bubbles, costumes, and create materials. Create your own levels and challenges with the easy to use POP-IT tool. Once complete, Share your creations in ad-hoc mode or post them to the community pool in infrastructure mode. And, if you own both PSP and PS3 versions, unlock bonus content with LittleBigPlanet Cross-Talk.

Create Mode

Where would LittleBigPlanet be without a Create mode? Missing one of its key ingredients, and tasting slightly odd, that’s for sure. LittleBigPlanet for PSP allows you to create just about anything your imagination can muster: Stick some cardboard together with some pistons to make your own race of scary machines, glue a rocket to a block and some wheels and jet up a ramp into space, and recreate your favorite restaurant from pieces of sponge. LittleBigPlanet for PSP gives you the same creative experience as that found on the PlayStation 3 version, but now you can create things wherever you might travel to, or just in bed if you’re feeling lazy.

Game Features
  • Experience a completely new LittleBigPlanet adventure
  • More than 35 action-packed platforming levels
  • Use the Pop-It Tool to create your own PSP creations
  • Share your creations via both Ad-hoc and Infrastructure Mode

The Karate Kid (2010) on UMD

12-year-old Dre Parker (Jaden Smith) could’ve been the most popular kid in Detroit, but his mother’s (Taraji P. Henson) latest career move has landed him in China. Dre immediately falls for his classmate Mei Ying – and the feeling is mutual – but cultural differences make such a friendship impossible. Even worse, Dre’s feelings make an enemy of the class bully, Cheng. In the land of kung fu, Dre knows only a little karate, and Cheng puts “the karate kid” on the floor with ease. With no friends in a strange land, Dre has nowhere to turn but maintenance man Mr. Han (Jackie Chan), who is secretly a master of kung fu. As Han teaches Dre that kung fu is not about punches and parries, but maturity and calm, Dre realizes that facing down the bullies will be the fight of his life.

1 GB Memory Stick PRO Duo

With 1 GB of removable memory, the compact Memory Stick PRO Duo allows you to save your PlayStation Network downloads, as well as store your videos, photos, music and more.
